Artifex Brewing Company celebrated their 4th Anniversary yesterday with engaging style and new canned beer releases. Craft beer, food, music and fun flowed freely throughout the day’s event.
In just four years of operations, Artifex Brewing Company has developed a solid base of loyal craft beer loving fans. They rapidly moved to full brewing capacity and then expanded that capacity. In addition, Artifex has won industry accolades. These accolades include beer competition awards at the San Diego International Beer Festival , the World Beer Cup (WBC), and the Great American Beer Festival (GABF).
The Artifex 4th Anniversary celebration included three new canned beer releases:
- The Most Interesting Can in the World (6.5% ABV, 9 IBU): Made in collaboration with Horus Aged Ales, this Mexican-inspired dark larger delivers malty sweet and nutty flavors.
- San Clemente IPA (7.1% ABV, 51 IBU): Made with Simcoe, Mosaic and Nelson hops, this unfiltered IPA bursts with citrusy flavor.
- Drop the Ball NEIPA (9% ABV, 52 IBU): Juicy and refreshing, this New England-style hazy IPA explodes with tropical flavors, including pineapple, mango and papaya. This was my favorite beer of the day.
Live reggae music created a festive atmosphere on this warm, sunny day. Families and friends played games. Two different food trucks provided delicious fare. Most importantly, tent covered tables delivered respite from the sun.
Artifex Brewing’s 4th Anniversary Celebration highlighted the positive impact that small craft breweries bring to their local communities. Yesterday, families and friends gathered to celebrate the positive impact of Artifex Brewing. Co-owners Tom Cordato, Nicholas Cordato and Johnny Johur delivered the perfect venue for the celebration.
