Brewheim Grand Opening to Feature 40 Beers On Tap, Live Music, and Food

Get ready for fun, beer, food trucks, beer, live music and beer! This Saturday (March 16th), Brewheim Beer Makers will host a Grand Opening celebration. The event takes place from noon to midnight. So mark your calendar and come celebrate.

Started by co-owners Dan Ward and Eric Ferguson, alongside skilled brewmaster Derek Wasak, Brewheim actually opened in December 2018. According to Saute’ Magazine, “Brewmaster Derek Wasak started began his career with Boston Beer Works and Smuttynose on the East Coast before seizing an opportunity to work at Stone Brewing Company. Most recently, he relocated to the central coast to open Solvang Brewing’s new Lompac production facility before joining Brewheim.”

The brewery features a 30 barrel brewhouse and has garnered rave reviews on Yelp so far. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting and sampling their beers. This is a great opportunity to welcome a new small business craft brewery into Orange County. So don’t miss out on the fun and, more importantly, the beer. Hope to see you there!
