Take an armchair visit to a unique brewery, pub or other intoxicating venue that has a story you’ll love.
Brewery X:
Located in Anaheim,CA, Brewery X is composed of a patchwork of professional brewers and beer lovers who too often asked themselves – “If I wasn’t doing what I am doing now, what would I be doing?” Their answer – start a new brewery that would meet their wishes.
Their primary goal focuses on creating good, drinkable and clean beer that people can enjoy while coming together to socialize and share stories. In fact, the “X” in Brewery X represents people crossing paths and coming together over beer.
Brewery X provides a family/pet friendly, comfortable venue with some excellent craft beers and hard seltzers.
Having opened in late 2019, Brewery X is actually one of the latest additions to Anaheim’s exciting craft brewing scene. Located in a massive space, the brewery consists of a taproom, outdoor patio, German-inspired beer hall, warehouse and production area.
Brewery X’s massive facility houses a team of passionate beer lovers.
The taproom provides a modern, cozy vibe with tons of personality. The area provides a range of seating options that supports both community and individual socializing.
Brewery X’s Taproom delivers flair and comfort.
The outdoor patio provides a spacious area for relaxing as well as keeping kids and pets happy. Shade and greenery abound. Misters attached to fans keep the area cool during hot weather. A play area keeps kids active while easily watched. And a pet run provides a mini-resort for your furred loved ones.
The patio also facilitates live entertainment.
Also indoors, you’ll find a recently added, huge beer hall that has a distinct California design.

Without question, Brewery X’s production facility is designed for growth and volume. And the equipment provides the latest in brewing technology.
Large brewery capacity, the latest brewing technology and room for growth comprise Brewery X’s production facility.
Brewery X offers a wide range of beer styles for your drinking pleasure, whether you prefer light and easy, dark and malty, or hoppy beers. They even have refreshing hard seltzers.
I’m particularly fond of the light and easy German-style Pilsners, Kolsches and Helles lagers that Brewery X produces. These crisp, clean beers consistently provide nuanced malt flavors with balanced hop contribution. If available, I recommend trying Brewery X’s “Any Day Now” German-style pilsner. The beer is delightfully clean and crisp with a wonderful, slightly sweet biscuit flavor. And at 4.8% ABV, you can enjoy a few while socializing with friends.
But for those seeking dank, pine or citrus in their beer, Brewery X produces a wide range of sharp IPAs to satisfy your needs. And if instead you lean towards the dark side, then try their porters or stouts when available. Finally, the hard seltzers burst with light, bubbly, and fresh fruit flavor. I especially enjoyed the Huckleberry Hard Seltzer.
