With over 20 years in the culinary space, and a passion for crafting immersive experiences, Executive Chef George Guo has devoted himself to changing the perception of plant-based cuisine. After being a meat-loving connoisseur for over 30 years, he discovered a lack of flavorful and innovative gourmet vegan dining options himself. He uses fresh, seasonal ingredients that become art that you can see, smell, touch and taste, transforming the canvas of a plate into a masterpiece of a meal. Guo combines flavors and techniques from his home culture and worldwide to expand the possibility of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

“Our new tasting menu pays homage to the breathtaking beauty of this planet we call home,” says Chef Guo, Executive Chef and co-owner of Taste of Beauty. “As each course represents our planet’s diverse landscape, it also blends flavors from cuisines worldwide. Just like every culture and cuisine are connected, we are all earthlings sharing the same responsibility for our mother nature,” added Chef Guo.
