As spring blossoms, The Ecology Center, a leading Regenerative Organic Certified™ farm situated in San Juan Capistrano, is excited to announce a series of captivating events designed to celebrate the season’s bounty.

What: Savor the unique taste of Regenerative Organic® strawberries, an exclusive offering in Southern California. Families can enjoy these chemical-free berries, ensuring a safe and delightful experience for all.

When: Saturdays & Sundays, 9 am – 1 pm

Price: $12 per person (tickets required for all, ages 2 and up) | Pay-per-pound berry picking

Note: The Ecology Center kindly requests no dogs on the premises.

Spring Community Table Dinners

What: The Ecology Center presents the return of the acclaimed Community Table series this spring. A curated selection of esteemed chefs will showcase dishes crafted from the seasonal produce of their 28-acre Regenerative Organic Certified™ farm, fostering a unique connection between farm, chef, and community.

When: Fridays, 6 pm – 9:30 pm

Price: $175 per person

Tie Dye Taqueria Pop-Up

What: The Campesino Café transforms into a magical setting for Taco Tuesdays, adorned with twinkling string lights. Indulge in the flavors of San Juan blue corn masa tortillas with options including fish and veggie tacos, complemented by kids’ quesadillas, bean salads, and refreshing agua frescas.

When: Alternate Tuesdays, starting April 16, 4- 7 pm

Price: $15 per person

Peace Pizza

What: The culinary team at The Ecology Center has acquired a storied sourdough starter from Italy, infusing the beloved sourdough pizza crust with a rich heritage spanning over a century. After a meticulous 20-hour fermentation, the crust is adorned with freshly harvested farm produce, resulting in a delectably crisp and flavorful pizza. Salads and refreshments round out the menu, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When: Thursdays & Saturdays, 11 am – 2 pm (or until sold out)
