Voo Doo American Stout (8.5% ABV): This beer pours a dark black color with brown foam head.  Voo Doo has aromas of roasted malt and coffee.  The beer is medium to full-bodied and carbonated well.  Voo Doo has flavors of roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate.  The coffee flavor was so strong and delectably enticing that I think I could drink this beer for breakfast.  A hint of bitterness can be detected in the finish from the roasted malt.  This is a good beer to have while eating a rich, dark chocolate cake.  One sip will place a Voo Doo spell on you.
